Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders. However, delivery is free for orders above Rs. 1,999.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order is processed for dispatch. Once it is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to follow its journey.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
The website uses a standard e-commerce system (WooCommerce) that typically sends an order confirmation and invoice to your email upon successful placement of an order.
Payment Infomation
When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
If you use the Cash on Delivery (COD) service, you pay only when the parcel is delivered to your doorstep. For bank card payments, the amount is usually deducted at the time of checkout.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You must contact them within 24–48 hours of receiving the parcel. You will need to provide proof, such as photos or a short unboxing video, via WhatsApp (+92 324 6764751) or Instagram.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as the parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once the tracking number is issued and the parcel is “on its way,” cancellations are generally not possible.
